Division: Low Voltage, Test & Inspection
Position: Sales Executive
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to promote and sell Testing and Maintenance product offerings to commercial facilities in the North Alabama area. The selected candidate will obtain new customers and service existing ones. The role requires attention to detail with the ability to review and understand low voltage systems. Must be able to travel and meet face to face with corporate customers in North Alabama.
Requirements
Experience selling to commercial facilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create estimates and proposals
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Committed to contributing to the company’s growth
Willingness to make calls, follow up emails and schedule appointments to build new relationships
Engage with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors to service their portfolio
Follow up with potential prospects to discuss testing, inspection and preventative maintenance needs and convert them into ongoing, profitable and satisfied customers
Responsibilities
Build new and maintain existing relationships with customers
Analyze and develop solutions to meet customer needs
Work independently and meet sales objectives
Manage projects, including invoicing, project schedules and customer relationships
Submit sales reports and related paperwork in a timely manner
Perform other duties as required
Your day-to-day schedule involves generating new sales within a territory, creating leads, making calls, setting appointments, building and managing relationships, networking, identifying opportunities, sending quotes, and onboarding new clients with our operations team.
