Responsibilities Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring a full-time Staffing Coordinator who is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team and reports directly to the Director of Nursing. ABOUT ROXBURY TREATMENT CENTER:

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School diploma of GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Experience:

Preferably a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospital with staffing/scheduling responsibilities for all shifts for clinical and nursing personnel; will consider business office and/or human resources experience, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office. Licensure:

Must maintain a valid driver's license in the applicable state. Additional Requirements:

Successful completion of CPR, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-escalation training. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours. EEO STATEMENT:
