We are seeking a people-focused

Recruiter

to join our team at our home office in Spokane, WA. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of company hiring needs, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidates. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, moving viable candidates through the recruiting process, and extending employment offers. Responsibilities

Implement creative and effective recruiting strategies for the organization. Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer extension. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, schedule interviews, and provide timely follow-up and communication. Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications and performing initial screenings. Evaluate candidate skills and experience against job requirements. Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating terms. Process signed offers to initiate pre-hire with Human Resources. Help build company presence on social media sites and act as a brand ambassador at events. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates in major markets. Create weekly and monthly recruitment analytics reporting on requisitions and time-to-fill. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate candidate records. Collaborate with other HR team members on best practices and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of employment law and hiring requirements in states of operation. Comply with all company policies and procedures. What We Are Seeking

A people-focused Recruiter who can support a growing team while achieving organizational goals. A team player who values relationships and a “we over me” mindset. Determined, ambitious, and self-motivated. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 2-4 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, LMS, ATS). Familiar with posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, etc. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate’s Degree required. Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle. Compensation And Benefits

Competitive pay, $79,000-$84,000 (based on experience). Annual bonus incentive. Annual performance review with potential merit increase.
