Your mission is to build your own roster by connecting with talents you want to work with, shaping their online journeys, building strong brands around them, and unlocking opportunities with brands they dream of collaborating with. You’ll be backed by a collaborative team and will guide your roster, monitor growth, and explore new ways to elevate success. This role blends talent management, negotiation, personal branding, and strategic vision to build meaningful careers with real impact. We’re looking for someone passionate, goal-driven, results-oriented, a natural people-person with negotiation talent. Ideally you have a strong network in the entertainment world and can open doors, introducing top-tier talent to opportunities Dulcedo offers. Scope of Work
Identify and sign exceptional talents in the influencer space that align with our agency’s standards Act as a trusted advisor, helping talents amplify visibility, expand social media presence, and elevate personal brands Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by driving opportunities Cultivate and grow existing revenue streams while exploring new possibilities Lead the negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships, advocating for talents\' best interests Develop tailored personal branding strategies and social media growth techniques across platforms Play an active role in onboarding talents to the Dulcedo family Work with other Dulcedo members on projects to boost talents’ success and partnerships Attend industry events and talent meetings outside regular hours to build connections and stay ahead of trends Your Profile
Around 3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience, with success in marketing, sponsorship, and events sales, ideally while managing talents Experience in negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing processes to secure collaborations Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors on the brand side Strong awareness of the industry landscape and ability to identify promising individuals to represent Solid understanding of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics Proficiency in redlining contracts to protect talent interests Ability to navigate changing market conditions, deadlines, and shifting priorities Exceptional ability to build authentic connections and work with diverse personalities Passion for the industry and ability to work in a demanding role with availability to communicate with talents globally A business degree in Administration, Law (very strong asset), Communications, or Marketing is preferred Perks
