to join our team in New York City. This role is a full-time, in-person position responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across various roles. Responsibilities
Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives to support company growth. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles within the organization. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Qualifications
5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or related industries. Strong ability to source and attract top-tier talent using various recruitment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
