Title: HR Coordinator (Bilingual – Temp to Hire)
Location: Commerce, CA (Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Commerce, CA, is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to provide strong back-office HR support. This fully onsite role focuses primarily on administrative HR functions rather than direct employee-facing HR work. There is potential to convert to a permanent position.
Fluency in Spanish is required, and prior manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
Support onboarding, offboarding, and related employee documentation processes
Track time and attendance data
Assist with benefits intake and ensure compliance with HR policies
Respond to employee inquiries in both English and Spanish as needed
Create and manage basic HR reports using Excel, including pivot tables
Qualifications:
2-3 years of HR support experience, with a focus on administrative/back-office HR functions
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Experience in manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables
Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Pro experience is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
