HR Recruitment Coordinator , where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment and on-boarding life-cycle. Your role will be essential in helping us attract top talent, make great hires, and ensure new employees feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & On-boarding Partner with Care Coordinators to identify hiring needs and build strong pipelines
Attend and coordinate community job fairs and recruitment events
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize the process
Candidate Screening, Selection & Offers Conduct screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Extend offers and guide candidates through pre-employment requirements
Coordinate background checks, references, and on-boarding compliance
New Hire On-boarding Experience Lead a positive on-boarding journey from offer acceptance through the first days and beyond
Facilitate orientation sessions, sharing company culture, policies, and expectations
Welcome new hires with on-boarding kits and introduce them to their CareTeam

What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or GED required
Healthcare hiring experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a can-do attitude and independent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Google Suite and general office tools
Passion for supporting others and promoting workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion
Work Environment
Compensation: $18-$20/hour Office-based position with community travel for job fairs
Requires regular use of computer and telephone
Light lifting (files and on-boarding materials, up to 15 lbs)
