Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized, poised recruiter with proven experience hiring at scale in warehouse or manufacturing environments. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and select salaried roles, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and continually improve the candidate experience. Responsibilities Own 20–50 open requisitions on average, driving end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer. Post and refresh roles across relevant job boards; proactively source, screen, and schedule all interviews. Partner with hiring managers to craft role profiles, align on strategy, and build targeted talent pipelines for each vacancy. Elevate candidate experience—communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and keep applicants informed of status. Lead and streamline the weekly onboarding process; identify and implement process improvements. Maintain a clean, accurate ATS: move candidates through stages, post jobs, and generate status updates. Create and publish recruiting content for social channels and internal digital signage to spotlight openings and company events. Requirements 3–5+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in
warehouse or manufacturing
settings. Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments (managing ~20–50 reqs). Exceptional communication, phone presence, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and shifting priorities with calm, high emotional intelligence. Working knowledge of ATS tools and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, fast learner, collaborative team player; comfortable working in diversified/manufacturing environments.
