Overview
Position Purpose: The Student Recruiting Lead provides administrative support and day-to-day coordination for the Student Recruiting team. This role ensures that Recruiters are equipped to effectively engage prospective students by maintaining organized systems, accurate reporting, and smooth communication across departments. The Recruiting Lead focuses on handling logistics, reporting, and administrative tasks, allowing Recruiters to remain focused on outreach and applications. Essential Duties
Serve as the point of contact for Recruiters’ administrative and logistical needs. Support tracking of Recruiter activity (calls, applications, follow-ups). Assist with onboarding logistics for new Recruiters, ensuring access to systems, resources, and training materials. Coordinate with other departments (Admissions, Marketing, Academic Teams) to streamline processes and communication. Compile weekly and monthly recruiting reports for leadership, tracking call volume, applications, and conversions. Monitor CRM data entry for accuracy and completeness. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase team efficiency. Manage team scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics. Process and assign inbound inquiries to Recruiters to ensure prompt follow-up. Maintain organized team documentation, resources, and shared tools. Assist with travel coordination, event registrations, and recruiting materials. Assist Recruiters with logistics for campus tours, recruiting fairs, and online events. Ensure post-event data and ROI are collected and shared with leadership. Provide coverage for Recruiters as needed (calls, tours, or events). Support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite. High comfort level with CRM systems and reporting. Adaptability to work with diverse audiences: teens, parents, ministry leaders. Ability to manage multiple recruitment-related tasks simultaneously. Capacity to adjust strategies and approaches based on feedback and changing circumstances in recruitment. Requirements
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must sign the Statement of Faith. Must have a significant understanding of student recruitment strategies and practices, or willingness to learn and put strategies into practice with integrity. Must have a desire to help others navigate and accomplish their calling to attend Charis Bible College. A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, or communications is a plus. Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred. Must pass all required checks. Experience
Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits
