Part-Time Audiologist for Veteran Compensation and Pension Exams

Overview Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time licensed audiologist to join our team and conduct compensation and pension exams for veterans in our clinic. As an audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive ear and hearing evaluation for each veteran, including a review of medical records. You will then report findings via a Disability Benefit Questionnaire

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive ear and hearing evaluations for veterans

Review medical records to assess conditions and related impairments

Complete DBQs and Independent Medical Records as instructed

Qualifications

Doctorate in Audiology degree from an accredited university

Active and unrestricted license to practice audiology in the state of TX

Experience conducting veteran compensation and pension exams is preferred

Excellent clinical and assessment skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
