Overview
Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Coordinator for a top client in Mesa AZ. The HR Coordinator will handle onboarding, benefits set up, and day-to-day HR duties as well as full cycle recruiting. This is a contract to hire position that is fully onsite and paying up to $55K/YR depending on experience. Interviews are being held this week! Responsibilities
Conducts regular reviews and audits of all HR documentation and processes to ensure information is accurate Coordinates and administer activities related to new hires, changes, and terminations including, scheduling onboarding sessions, creating, and ensuring accurate and complete personnel files, and following up with hiring managers on outstanding documentation in a timely manner Performs orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda Assists with auditing and preparing employee performance reviews Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources is required Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Software is required Familiarity with USA Employment Law and regulations Familiarity to HR best practices Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: Up to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) retirement plan. Salary range may be disclosed as required by local law.
