Job Summary: At DYL, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Business Development Manager
to lead our revenue growth and strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving the sales process from lead generation to close. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business reach. Mentor and manage junior sales team members. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales principles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and lead management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required. About DYL
