This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in natural food ingredients, providing technical support and commercialization expertise to clients. The position is key in helping customers bring their products to market while ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. What are you going to do?

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will provide technical support, recommend solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success. You’ll engage with customers through various channels, offer product samples, and assist with documentation. Additional responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, supporting order processing, and identifying new business opportunities through industry events and outreach.

Tasks and responsibilities: Develop expertise in the products and provide ongoing technical support to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer projects progress efficiently Work closely with the Applications Team to recommend solutions and provide samples Maintain proactive customer communication through email, phone, and on-site visits Prepare marketing, technical, and regulatory documentation tailored to customer needs Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and support analytical needs Partner with Customer Service to facilitate smooth order processing Travel to client sites to present technical solutions and introduce new ideas Identify new business opportunities by attending industry tradeshows and conferences Represent the company through outreach, research, and follow-ups The offer
