Market Leader:
The Market Leader at Midwest Drywall is responsible for overseeing all operations within a designated market. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, clients are satisfied, and Midwest Drywall’s standards of quality, safety, and profitability are consistently met. The Market Leader will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients, driving growth, maintaining high-performance standards, and fostering a collaborative, safe work environment. Operational Oversight Mission Statement: To ensure seamless and efficient daily operations within our market, consistently delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations, adheres to company standards, and maximizes market profitability. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure project timelines and customer deliverables are met. 2. Implement operational policies and standard procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency. 3. Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or obstacles in a timely manner. 4. Work with project managers and field supervision to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows. 5. Review and approve project manpower plans, schedules, and budgets for alignment with project goals. 6. Demonstrate a leadership presence on jobsites, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to jobsite teams. Develop strategies to optimize project margins and reduce unnecessary expenses. 4. Ensure that projects are completed within the estimated cost and analyze significant cost variances. 5. Communicate job financial performance to estimating teams to ensure future project estimates are optimized. Compliance & Safety Mission Statement: To uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and responsibly. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the safety capability to ensure all team members are trained in company safety protocols. 2.
