R0032390It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!**Job Description:**# The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations and delivering outstanding client service at one of our on-site support centers or client locations. This role includes oversight of hospitality and receptionist services.**Essential Job Responsibilities*** Serves as the principal liaison with Client and associates.* Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation* Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact* Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client.* Knowledge of Print, Copy Scan and Mail functionality within the account.* Maintain accurate monthly reports utilizing office services applications/tools.* Manages hospitality services to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.* Manage high level events, meetings and daily office hospitality needs* Coordinates and oversees events to ensure they run smoothly and meet organizational standards.* Manages food and beverage (F&B) services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.* Provides exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.* Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage guest interactions and preferences.* Maintains inventory of hospitality supplies and ensures timely replenishment.* Implements and monitors hospitality management practices to enhance service delivery.* Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors and service providers.* Ensures compliance with hospitality standards and regulations.* Monitors and evaluates guest feedback to continuously improve services.* Collaborates with other departments to coordinate and support hospitality-related activities**Qualifications & Requirements*** High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred* Previous experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably mail/copy/production with a focus in hospitality highly preferred* Detail oriented with good attention to detail* Good verbal and written communication skills* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision* Ability to lead others in a professional manner* Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeThe Compensation range for this role is 22.96 to 28.70 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
