We are expanding to North America, and to support our clients in this region we are looking for team members based in Houston, Texas. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in establishing our team culture and setting the direction for success. The team will consist of two Sales Executives that have relocated from the UK, and will then grow with new team members from the USA. We will have an office located in Houston where you will have your base together with the team. The Role: As a Sales Executive at CheckProof, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting demo presentations, and converting cold outreach into warm leads. You will build and manage your own customer portfolio through engaging in social selling, creating a strong network and online presence to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Achieving annual sales targets will be a key focus, with regular follow-ups on individual and team progress. A big focus will be on your personal KPIs and targets. Additionally, occasional travel will be required to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities include: Identifying potential customers and creating new business opportunities. Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value of CheckProof’s solutions at our clients' sites. Converting cold leads into warm prospects through targeted outreach. Developing and maintaining your own customer portfolio. Managing and updating CRM systems (HubSpot), building lists, and conducting customer research. Closing deals. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in sales with hands-on fieldwork. Experience from heavy industries, preferably construction materials industry. High proficiency in computers and digital tools. Experience in HubSpot is a plus. Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. You are not afraid to establish a connection with prospects, visit potential clients, and lead them to a closed deal. Excellence in building relationships. Confidence in communication, and an ability to make high-quality presentations. A genuine interest in offering heavy industries a tool to make their workplaces safer. Driver's license, which is a requirement. Other than that, we see that you are outgoing, self-driven, and responsible. You also have knowledge of the market and a proactive approach to work.
