We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on
Human Resources Generalist
to support a manufacturing facility in Albany, NY. This role will serve as the local HR point of contact, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent activities, while also aligning with broader enterprise initiatives. This is a confidential search conducted by
Divine Resource Solutions , a professional recruiting firm. Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance on policies, procedures, and employee concerns. Address employee relations matters, assist in workplace investigations, and escalate complex issues as needed. Provide support and coaching to site leadership on performance management, conflict resolution, and team engagement. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; oversee new hire entries, status changes, and terminations. Monitor FMLA, LOAs, OSHA logs, and ensure labor law postings and documentation are up to date. Recruiting & Onboarding Partner with internal or external recruiters to facilitate job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience. Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience. Support site-level workforce planning and help identify hiring needs in coordination with leadership. Employee Engagement & Culture Contribute to a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition efforts, and wellness programs. Support survey initiatives and assist with communication strategies to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment. HR Projects & Cross-functional Support Assist with HR initiatives and projects related to performance management, engagement, compliance, and process improvement. Collaborate with HR peers across other locations to promote consistency and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum 3years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance practices. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality. Additional Information This role is based on-site at a manufacturing facility in
