Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD
Slalom is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support. What You’ll Do As a ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist, guide clients in aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with their long-term enterprise goals. Design and deliver HRSD solutions that are scalable, strategic, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure alignment across technical teams Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem Facilitate roadmap development and communicate how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes Review and refine technical solutions to ensure they meet both functional and business expectations Ensure the successful delivery of team projects Mentor team members on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable design standards What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms, with 2+ years in client-facing role Strong track record delivering complex ServiceNow HRSD projects involving multiple stakeholders Expertise in business and systems analysis, including process and data modeling Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with strengths in planning, troubleshooting, and solution delivery A collaborative, self-driven mindset and a passion for designing solutions that enhance user experience Required Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Salary ranges are subject to change.
