$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendo Resources Our esteemed client in Brighton, Colorado is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role serves as a strategic partner to designated business units, delivering leadership and guidance across all facets of HR. The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices that support organizational goals and employee engagement. This is a dynamic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about driving positive workplace culture, talent development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance issues, and workplace concerns. Implement and manage HR programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and performance management. Maintain and optimize the HRIS system; ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee records and data. Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and workforce planning. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to build a qualified and diverse talent pipeline. Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with corporate HR. Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of policies. Oversee Workers’ Compensation claims and collaborate with insurance carriers and leadership on return-to-work and case resolution. Support organizational change initiatives and champion internal communication, recognition, and employee engagement programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Participate in audits, continuous improvement projects, and cross-functional HR initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and state-specific labor laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or similar). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with accuracy and efficiency. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred. Experience in both union and non-union environments preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ascendo is an equal opportunity employer.
