Prepare and process accurate payroll for over 1,200 employees across multiple U.S. states with varying payroll frequencies Manage all aspects of payroll, including GL reporting, direct deposits, wage calculations, and deductions Collaborate with the HR team on payroll-related items, including onboarding and termination processes Handle payroll tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and monitoring tax payments Perform payroll audits and resolve discrepancies while delivering quality customer service What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of recent hands-on payroll processing experience with large payroll systems (e.g., Ceridian, ADP, Workday) Excellent communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
