Greet and guide customers through a proven sales process Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs; present features with a product demonstration and test drive Present and negotiate terms to make vehicles affordable for customers Use data mining tools to identify in-market customers and prospect sales opportunity appointments Answer incoming calls and set in-person appointments Assist in merchandising by inspecting lot vehicles and escalating issues to maximize sales Engage in manufacturer and product training; continue learning about all brands Qualifications / Requirements – Sales Consultant

Automotive sales experience preferred but not required; other sales experience considered Energetic, enthusiastic, and personable; able to handle objections Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, phone, online) Ability to persuade and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience Proficient in basic math; comfortable with percentages Able to learn and use Microsoft Office, accounting software, proprietary sales programs, and a CRM Persistent, competitive, and strong work ethic Focus on the customer’s needs to drive dealership and personal sales Resume and online assessment required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening Equal Opportunity Employer .
