Hourly Position : Full-time, non-exempt Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility as needed Competitive pay
based on experience Responsibilities:
Guide applicants through the hiring process, including reference checks and scheduling tests. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Support employee benefits enrollment and communicate with vendors regarding benefits-related inquiries. Deliver and manage training sessions, both in-person and virtual. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date. Serve as a go-to contact for staff and internal teams on HR-related matters. Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team Reliable non-public transportation with necessary insurance Preferred: Experience in HR, benefits administration, and employee training Why Join Our Team?
