Responsibilities
Perform patient services including phlebotomy, EKGs, applying bandages/splints.
Take vital signs and provide other patient care as needed.
Prepare examination and treatment areas, and assist with patient procedures.
Collect and process specimens, apply aseptic techniques, and ensure infection control.
Assist with dressings, splints, braces, and perform/document EKGs and phlebotomy.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Medical Assistant certification/PCT or EMT certification.
CPR certification.
ED experience preferred.
