Responsibilities ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a clinical resource for continuous compliance Monitor and evaluate quality of care and patient outcomes based on standards of care, nursing research, hospital policies/procedures, and patient care protocols Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate development of action plans in collaboration with staff, senior staff, and management Assist with staffing coverage to ensure safe, quality patient care and perform clinical/technical duties as needed Assist in developing educational programs to enhance clinical and technical staff education Role model assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in providing individualized quality patient care Assist in investigating, evaluating, monitoring, and processing Incident Reports and medication variances to identify trends and develop action plans Assist in developing and implementing orientation and preceptor programs Build and upload scenarios into Laerdal and Gaumard UNI simulation software Monitor maintenance and upkeep of simulators; demonstrate ability to operate, build, and troubleshoot simulation software and hardware; quickly learn and retain simulation concepts, including disassembling and reassembling devices

Qualifications ● Bachelor's Degree ● Five (5) years of experience in an acute care setting, with at least 3 years in the relevant specialty ● Texas RN License
