The client seeks a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join its Client Services team as a Fund Administration Associate. Role Overview

The Fund Administration Associate sits within the Client Services function and acts as a link between internal operations, fund administrators, and the investor relations team. The successful candidate will help ensure the accurate delivery of investor reports, manage investor capital activity, and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and review fund administrator deliverables, including NAV packs, investor statements, and capital activity notices Assist with the production and review of investor-level reporting (performance reports, capital statements, audit confirmations, etc.) Support investor onboarding, including documentation, AML/KYC checks, and account setup Monitor investor capital activity (subcriptions, redemptions, transfers) and ensure accurate tracking and reporting Serve as an operational point of contact for investor queries, collaborating across internal teams to ensure prompt resolution Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure investor documentation and reporting align with fund terms and regulatory requirements Support annual audit and tax reporting processes in collaboration with administrators and internal finance teams Contribute to the ongoing improvement of investor operations and reporting processes Candidate Requirements

2–4 years’ experience in fund administration, client services, investor operations, or fund accounting, ideally within a hedge fund or fund administrator Solid understanding of hedge fund structures, investor flows, and capital accounting Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism in dealing with clients and senior stakeholders Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM or investor reporting tools is advantageous Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline Seniority level
