Coordinates experiential learning and career development opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students in Monte Ahuja College of Business (COB). Assists in developing, implementing, and marketing career development programming and career readiness initiatives that integrate into the student experience through curricular and co-curricular activities. Identifies, coordinates, and markets experiential learning opportunities. Serves as the primary point of contact, planning, and coordinating COB experiential learning, career, and employer engagement events. Collaborates with COB staff to advise students on career development, readiness, and employment opportunities. Gathers, analyzes, and reports data related to these programs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in higher education administration, business, communications, or related field. Three (3) years of professional or graduate assistant experience in career services, coaching, advising, or related student services. Experience with in-person and virtual event planning. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CSU’s driving policy requirements. Additional Details
