Overview Vice President of Operations– Connecticut. A leading operator of QSR Restaurants and convenience stores has an exciting opening, as we continue to expand and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational excellence, profitability, and team development across multiple districts. Responsibilities Lead operational excellence, profitability, and team development across multiple districts. Implement strategic initiatives, including sales and profitability goals, customer satisfaction targets, and compliance with brand and safety standards. Identify and resolve underperforming regions, ensure budget targets are achieved, and standardize brand delivery across restaurants and convenience outlets. Travel across Connecticut regularly as needed. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary of $150,000 - $160,000 with full P&L accountability incentives Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule Travel expense reimbursement Professional development and leadership training programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit operations in Restaurants or Convenience Stores Proven track record of managing P&L performance and achieving business objectives Ability to lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers to strengthen leadership pipelines Direct responsibility for implementing strategic initiatives, including sales and profitability goals, customer satisfaction targets, and compliance with brand and safety standards Must be able to identify and resolve underperforming regions, ensure budget targets are achieved, and standardize brand delivery across restaurants and convenience outlets Willingness and ability to travel across Connecticut regularly Preferred Background & Skills Experience representing organizations in state-level negotiations and regulatory meetings Familiarity with compliance tracking, performance metrics reporting, and food safety standards Strong cultural fit with a collaborative, strategic, and results-driven leadership style Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
