Qualifications: Completion of an accredited PTA program Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) Active California PTA licensure/certification First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended Ability to work effectively in a Home Health setting Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications One or more years of experience in a Home Health setting Familiarity with electronic documentation systems Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care
