Warehouse Associate - Medical Device Manufacturing

Monday-Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm | (5/8 Shift) Environment:

Warehouse Associate , you'll play a key role in ensuring medical products and components are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment that values precision, compliance, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Perform
order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping
of medical components and finished goods Use
RF scanners
to track materials, verify part and lot numbers, and maintain
inventory accuracy Assist with
receiving and inspection
of incoming materials Conduct
inventory counts and cycle checks
to support production and regulatory traceability Follow
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
and company
quality system procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer and patient needs Qualifications
2+ years
of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment Familiarity with
shipping and receiving procedures
and
inventory control Strong
attention to detail
and ability to handle precise documentation Comfortable working in a
regulated environment
with defined processes Ability to
stand and walk for extended periods
and perform physical warehouse activities (lifting, bending, reaching) Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Preferred Experience
Experience in
medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries Knowledge of
lot control, traceability, and ERP systems Forklift or pallet jack certification Experience with
RF scanning
and
order fulfillment systems Education
