Must have active Maine license. Must have Home Health experience! Must have 2+ references in profile to be submitted. 90-mile radius rule.Required attire: business casual or scrubsAny unacceptable attire: not business casual or scrubsMust Have Skills/Experience: home care experienceEMR: EpicEquipment: Needs to own their own vehiclePatient Ratios: average 18-24 patients on case loadBLS certified. Must have Maine OT license. Must be up to date with CEU requirements.No on-call
