Job Description
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist the human resources department with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily tasks.
  • Provide general support to staff and handle ad hoc projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
