We are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team and help drive change. This is a hybrid role and interested candidates must be able to commute to our Chicago office. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high volume roles Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical recruiting trends Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols Extend and negotiate offers Provide ad hoc recruitment reports to management Recruit for non-high volume roles as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, minimum High School Degree required 4-5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate and/or agency environment Experience sourcing and recruiting clinical candidates, with the capabilities to explain nuances of a corporate clinical environment focused on mental health and wellbeing a plus Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates through cold calling, name generation, networking, etc. Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills; demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details Understanding of legal and compliance issues Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to work in a hybrid model - remote & in office EEO ComPsych is an equalopportunity employer.
