What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , including at least 2 years focused on technology roles
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and HR business partners
Excellent communication and organizational skills
