Overview:

Title: Technical Recruiter - Full Cycle / Project Based (Contract to Hire)

Location: East Dallas - Onsite Monday-Thursday (4 days)

Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-9 months)

Pay Range: $41-43/hr

Start: ASAP

As this high-tech manufacturer accelerates expansion in industrial, power, utility, and technical product lines, they need a no-nonsense, results-driven recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment-sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating-for roles including technicians, engineers, industrial management, quality, and general labor.
  • Drive multiple concurrent projects with urgency and focus.
  • Build talent pipelines and proactively engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships with hiring leaders and business units.
  • Track metrics and continuously refine recruiting workflows.
Must-Haves / Required Experience:
  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing / industrial / power / utility environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with high urgency, and drive deliverables quickly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Existing local network in Dallas-area industrial / manufacturing / utility sectors.
  • Connections to technical schools, associations, trade groups, or community colleges.
