Junior Recruiter Job Description Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Junior Recruiter Job Qualities We are seeking a new team member who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and time management skills.
