We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding healthcare professionals who align with our mission of transforming healthcare delivery.
Position Summary
The Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, primarily focusing on healthcare staffing. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly in front-end, customer-facing recruitment. Your ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining efficiency and professionalism will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create tailored recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate healthcare professionals for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Provide an excellent customer-facing candidate experience, acting as the first point of contact for applicants
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain up-to-date records in HRIS/ATS platforms
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders and candidates
- Support orientation and onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Leverage employee referrals and internal talent pipelines
- Stay informed about healthcare industry hiring trends and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing and front-end recruiting
- Proven experience in a customer-facing recruitment role
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
