Airline Ramp Turnaround Coordinator (JFK) - $20.50/Hour + $4.54/hr Tracking Code JFK TCO – JULY 2025 Job Description Hallmark Aviation is seeking professional Airline Ramp Turnaround Coordinators at JFK International Airport. Department New York (JFK) Requirements and Skills Needed Minimum 12 months airline experience preferred Ramp & Bag room experience preferred Proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures Knowledge of airline computer systems Ability to perform under pressure Ability to work in teams and lead ramp team Able to travel for training Specific Duties Include Coordinate Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control Maintain daily trip files and station traffic reports, including statistical data handling Supervise ramp functions Perform operational safety/load security checks on aircraft prior to departure and coordinate all operational activities during irregularities Coordinate all phases of aircraft handling: catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding Manage loading/unloading, ensuring cargo is properly prepared and secured Coordinate with gate for passenger boarding and de-boarding processes Secure proper handling of Bag scan Provide daily reports on handling performance, delays, and reasons Control Left Behind Baggage Index (LBI) Implement new procedures, processes, or product features Handle irregularities in accordance with customer, economic, and legal considerations Report flight handling irregularities Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, and Legal regulations Perform checks under station operations surveillance Required Skills Previous customer service experience At least 18 years old, High School Diploma or G.E.D. English proficiency; other languages may be beneficial Knowledge and experience in terminal and airport operations preferred Retail and/or hospitality work experience required Able to stand for 3-4 hours Ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures, and instructions Valid US work authorization Professional demeanor and presentation Flexible schedule and availability Background check and fingerprinting required Drug screening prior to hire Job Details Location: JFK, New York, United States Position Type: Full-Time/Regular Training Mandatory paid training to be attended and completed successfully Shift Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnight Schedule To be discussed at interview Language English required Salary & Benefits $20.75 per hour plus $4.54 per hour for hours over 30 per week (optional dental, vision, 401K) #J-18808-Ljbffr
