At Precision Landscape, we design, install, and maintain high-end outdoor spaces that blend beauty, function, and lifestyle. We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of marketing content, creative direction, and campaign execution across multiple channels. This role supports brand consistency, lead generation, and high-touch client experiences across our service offerings, including design/build, maintenance, lawn & irrigation care, and retail garden center. Precision Core Values TEAM WORK ~ HEART OF SERVICE ~ WILLING TO LEARN ~ CULTURE OF SAFETY ~ PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Capture and post engaging photo and video content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) Plan and schedule social media calendars in alignment with seasonal campaigns and sales goals Repurpose video, drone, or design-build project content for reels, stories, and paid ads Maintain a consistent voice and visual style aligned with our brand guidelines Collaborate with the team on relevant content Graphic Design & Visual Branding Design high-quality print and digital assets (mailers, flyers, magazine ads, marketing emails) Collaborate on design for vehicle wraps, event displays, and branded merchandise Ensure brand cohesion across all internal and external communication pieces Advertising Strategy & Execution Assist in the development and rollout of advertising strategies across direct mail, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local media Work closely with our external ad agency to ensure campaigns align with our goals and messaging Identify and recommend new advertising channels or opportunities to target our ideal client demographics Collaborate with the sales team on trends and seasonal interests When entering new markets, understand client profile and curate messaging Analytics, Budget & Lead Tracking Compile and use data to determine effectiveness of campaigns and guide ideas for future campaigns Support tracking and analysis of marketing performance by coordinating with admin teams to correlate leads with spend Oversee and report on the marketing budget Monitor ROI across campaign types and propose adjustments based on data and trends Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or creative direction Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and social media management tools (Later, Buffer, etc.) Strong photography/videography skills, including shooting, editing, and publishing Solid understanding of marketing metrics and reporting practices Experience working with vendors, media reps, or digital marketing agencies is a plus Familiarity with landscape, construction, or home services industries is a bonus Who You Are Creative but structured — you can juggle multiple campaigns while keeping branding tight Self-directed — you don’t wait for instructions to take initiative Detail-oriented — from layout alignment to budget reporting, you care about the little things Collaborative — you thrive when working with salespeople, admin staff, and external partners Client-minded — you understand how to attract, nurture, and speak to a premium clientele Salary - $50,000 - $75,000 DOE Benefits Competitive compensation Health benefits and PTO package Opportunity to help shape the marketing of a fast-growing company Collaborative, high-performance team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
