Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure clean reporting and dashboards
• Assist in creating and polishing sales presentations, proposals, and client materials
• Coordinate meetings, team events, and sales contests to motivate the team
• Support contract processing, onboarding activities, and cross-team communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, sales support, or business operations role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, or Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams

• Experience in sales operations, enablement, or leadership roles
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and challenges
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
