We're looking for a skilled

Data Analyst

with 8+ years of experience to join our team and drive data-informed decisions within our telecommunications business in Irving, Texas or Tampa, Flroida. You will be responsible for turning large, complex datasets into actionable insights that improve our network performance, enhance customer experience, and optimize business operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of large-scale telecom data (e.g., call detail records, network logs, customer usage patterns) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Visualization & Reporting:

Design and build insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization. Data Extraction & Transformation:

Write complex

SQL

queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including our data warehouse. Programming & Automation:

Use

Python

(Pandas, NumPy) to clean, transform, and analyze data, as well as to automate repetitive data-related tasks. Big Data Handling:

Work with

large volumes of data

on a daily basis, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in analysis. Geospatial Analysis:

Utilize

geolocation data

to analyze network coverage, customer movement, and optimize cell tower placement. Cloud Environment:

Leverage

GCP

(Google Cloud Platform) services, particularly

BigQuery , for data storage and analysis. Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Analyst with 8+ years experience or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in

SQL

for data extraction and manipulation. Expertise in

Python

for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated experience handling and analyzing

large-volume datasets . Familiarity with big data environments and

GCP

services, especially

BigQuery . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to generate meaningful

insights

from data. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with

telecom data . Experience with

geolocation data

and geospatial analysis. Familiarity with other GCP services like Dataflow, Cloud Storage, or Vertex AI.
