Hybrid onsite 3 days in office/2 days remote
5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent Seeking a Data Architect with a strong HR tech domain background Will help with system architecture, data center moves, rationalization efforts, and similar. Looking for someone with deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms. Must have strong experience within Data architecture; system architecture; Technical skills required:
Workday HCM integrations or data models Background in Microsoft Fabric (or similar, e.g. Azure, Synapse, PowerBI, etc) data warehousing Data Center moves or Cloud migrations - with migration, consolidation experience
