Overview Optima Dermatology is recruiting a Provider Recruiter to join our Practice Support Center, based in Portsmouth, NH. The provider recruiter will manage and execute on the overall recruitment of provider recruitment. The primary focus of this role will be hiring Dermatologists, APPs, and cosmetic providers. This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with other corporate department heads and the executive team to accomplish our recruiting goals.
Responsibilities Lead recruitment of dermatologists, APPs and cosmetic providers, including actively sourcing, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding activities. Supporting on all phases of provider recruitment, including meetings with providers, contracts, negotiation, comp model structures, etc.
Creates, launches, and maintains posts and outreach campaigns to develop a robust pipeline of candidates across multiple platforms
Develops and implements programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of APPs
Develops and executes effective and innovative recruiting strategies
Partners with senior leaders to understand business strategy and focus recruiting efforts accordingly
Maintains and manages outstanding communication with provider candidates
Researches and actively participates in conferences, association meetings, job fairs, and provider recruitment opportunity events
Travels to physician residency programs to develop relationships and recruit physicians to join our team
Logging all activity in our CRM (Salesforce)
Attend and present dashboard/activity on weekly recruiting calls
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to management
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of recruiting, or relevant experience preferred
Demonstrated success in sales, client services, or recruitment experience required
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, online recruiting tools, CRM and sourcing applications
High degree of technical knowledge and proficiency in navigating between multiple systems. Utilization of digital systems to track and prioritize open items
High emotional intelligence
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRMs is preferred. Required to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
Metric and data-driven
Some early morning and evening interviews/meetings with providers required
Occasional travel is necessary to complete core responsibilities
