Job Description
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage and maintain attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in filing legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files and records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks, including billing and expense reports.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years supporting 5+ attorneys in commercial litigation at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Expert in ECF filing, docketing systems, and TOA/TOC preparation.
- Proven career stability with long tenures and strong adaptability.
- Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 and legal document management platforms.
