Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is home to some of the most historic sites as well as the classic Philly cheese steak! About the Clinician's Workday The provider should be a Board-Certified MD. Shifts are 2 to 3 days per month, from 12 to 5 p.m., typically on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesday or Thursday of the month. Case types involve cardiovascular care, and the provider must be able to perform nerve blocks for vascular patients. No special certifications are required. Charting is done on paper, and the credentialing timeline is 30 to 60 days.
