We are currently looking for a Recruiting Manager for our Houston,TX office.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and grow the recruiting function at Boardwalk Pipelines. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, implementing consistent recruiting processes, and driving key initiatives such as our college recruiting processes and internship programs. As a working manager, this position will not only lead the recruiting functions but will also directly recruit for designated positions.

  • Lead, mentor and develop the recruiting team.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to support business growth.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the organization.
  • Stay current on market trends and best practices to keep the recruiting function competitive and effective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, and industry organizations.
  • Ensure recruiting KPI’s are being met, tracked and reported.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for designated roles.
  • Manage to departmental budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 - 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
  • Proven success in building and running internship and/or university recruiting programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years in Energy industry recruiting
  • Experience recruiting engineers and / or technical operations roles.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
