Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training 3+ years of demonstrable 'hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years experience IT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshooting Work night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION IN DALLAS - Flex will be 4 days a week 10pm-6am but can be flexible, weekdays, weekends, no set days - no remote Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Airline Industry experience Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: All candidates will need the following:
Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment?
