Lead the Zoom Phone business by focusing on telephony features, owning objectives and KPIs, and ensuring these features drive user engagement and business impact. About the Team You will be responsible for: Zoom Phone core business with a focus on telephony features Owning objectives and KPIs to ensure the telephony features you build engage users and impact the business Driving AI features where applicable for the telephony features you develop Helping admins onboard, manage users, and assign licenses Responsibilities Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to delight customers. Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications for core management systems and services. Own, define, and groom product backlogs while collaborating with development and design teams to ensure agile delivery. Work closely with other product managers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to define and maintain the core management platform roadmap. Monitor product KPIs and analyze usage data to identify trends and uncover requirements that enhance customer satisfaction. Serve as the product expert by evaluating similar and adjacent products, understanding industry trends, and engaging with key customers and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) with 10 years of product management experience in telephony solutions. Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing, inspiring, simplifying ideas, storytelling, and making clear decisions. Proven success in telephony-centric businesses, with experience in enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration products. Strong understanding of cloud or premise-based enterprise unified communications platforms, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions in dynamic environments. Experience in enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration technologies is a significant advantage. Familiarity with SIP signaling, RTP, WebRTC, H.323, and telephony hardware (e.g., PBX systems, IP phones). Understanding of QoS, network latency, jitter, and packet loss, and their effects on call quality. Experience with APIs for telephony service integration (e.g., RESTful APIs) and agile methodologies for managing scrum teams. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98,900.00 Maximum: $228,700.00 In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom considers a Total Direct Compensation philosophy, including base salary, bonus, and equity. Note: Starting pay depends on qualifications and experience. We have location-based compensation; ranges may vary for different locations.
