Join a growing manufacturing organization as an HR Generalist owning full-cycle HR support across multiple sites, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including requisitions, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring teams
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, I-9s, orientations, and early-tenure engagement to ensure a consistent employee experience
- Partner with leaders on day-to-day employee relations, coaching, performance documentation, and policy interpretation
- Administer leave programs and accommodations in alignment with FMLA, ADA, and company policy
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment, including employee education and issue resolution
- Collaborate with payroll on accurate and timely employee data changes, audits, and reconciliations
- Maintain HR records, ensure data integrity in HR systems, and generate reports and metrics to inform decisions
- Contribute to compliance activities and audits, including 401(k) and routine HR process reviews
- Drive continuous improvement across HR workflows, standard work, and templates to scale best practices
- Provide on-site HR support across nearby locations as needed to meet business demand
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with broad generalist responsibilities
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations in a fast-paced setting
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, ideally UKG Ready
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and build trust with leaders and employees
- Strong communication, discretion, and follow-through to drive outcomes
