Prestigious Global Logistics Firm Seeks a Chief Financial Officer to Join its Team

*Reporting to the CEO

*Oversee all FP&A & Accounting Functions; Supervising a staff of 6+ including a Corporate Controller

*Overseeing Banking Relationships/Treasury

*Budgeting & Forecasting

*Strategic Planning

*Managing Relationship with External Auditors

*Present Financial Results to the Executive Team

*Preparation of Financial Statements in Compliance with GAAP.

*Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Identifying Trends, Risks, and Opportunities

Qualifications:

*10+ years of Senior-Level Financial/Accounting Leadership Experience, Preferably in the Service, Logistics, or Industrial Operations Sectors

*Ideal Candidates will have Mix of Public Accounting/Private & a CPA; MBA a Big Plus

*Strong Understanding of GAAP, Cash Flow Modeling, and Financial Controls

*Experience Managing Banking Relationships

*Experience with NetSuite a plus: Strong Excel Skills a Must
