About The Role We’re looking for a
Senior Talent Sourcer
to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in building high-quality candidate pipelines. This person will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent across technical and business functions. The Senior Talent Sourcer will act as the first touchpoint for many candidates, helping shape their initial impression of our company and ensuring we connect with diverse, high-caliber professionals.
What You\'ll Do
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies for critical roles.
Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, networking, boolean searches, and other creative channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future roles, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial outreach and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to build long-term interest in the company.
Track sourcing metrics, provide insights on talent market trends, and share recommendations to optimize search strategies.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of qualified candidates for interview process.
Support diversity sourcing initiatives to ensure inclusive and equitable candidate pipelines.
Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact onward.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technical environment.
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools; advanced boolean search skills a must.
Proven ability to engage passive candidates with compelling outreach and relationship-building.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and present sourcing metrics.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for building diverse, inclusive pipelines and driving equitable hiring outcomes.
Experience with implementing ATS is a big plus.
